Cindi transitioned into the aesthetic field, drawn by its innovation and potential but soon realizing it was akin to the "wild, wild west" of healthcare.
Cindi faced her most significant career challenge when she encountered a licensing issue due to inadequate Standardized Procedures in Aesthetics. This experience stopped her world and shaped her mission: to educate and empower others in the field to prevent similar challenges. Through countless hours of research, writing, and developing standardized policies and procedures, Cindi has become a trusted resource for nurses, physicians, and attorneys alike.
Her passion for collaboration and education drives her work. She has cultivated lasting relationships, providing guidance and support to her peers while advocating for a more cohesive and informed aesthetic community. Cindi firmly believes in the importance of continuous learning, emphasizing that "we don't know what we don't know."
